Moringa oleifera has substituted all my synthetic multivitamins/minerals intake. Excruciating pains in my left shoulder blade due to an accident decades ago has now disappeared. I take the heaped spoonful of dried leaves powder shaken together in a 75cl bottle of water first thing each morning daily. I was previously on Effexor and have found Wellbutrin to be more effective for my case. Side effects are much less and my energy level is better. I have returned to a healthier weight and have a better control of my deppression

Glad I read your comment. I go for my first (3 month) cholesterol blood test to see if the Lipitor is working. I think I'll ask my Dr. to ask for a glucose test also, just to be on the safe side. Thanks!

I switched to Wellbutrin after weaning myself from Cymbalta. I started taking Wellbutrin two weeks ago, 150 mg. Twice a day. I do smoke, but really wasn't my goal at this time to quit. It improved my breathing with only using one puff per day and lasts over 24 hrs. I have had many side effects which I did not before attribute to it but now believe have only occured since taking it for almost a year.
