I am taking the folic acid and b6 with b12 combo because i can't take a regular pre-natal. I am also going to start a liquid "vitamin" drink called Vemme.

I have been taking this medication for a while for arthritis and it has worked great, it relieves my pain and makes it easier for me to handle my arthritis, and I do not get any side effects.

FYI Ladies - I have been treated for massive blood clots throughout my body because of Seasonique. The doc told me after 3 months I could go back to the gym - well went twice and developed lesions. I go to my son's FB game and within 30 min have 2nd degree burns. I am now on 2 inhalers because my pulmonary embolisms in the heat and humidity of summer make it virtually impossible to catch my breath. Seasonique isn't worth the risk. I think my pain is better when I take it. The easycaps are hard for me to swallow for some reason so I don't take it regularly. I really like that it is plant based with large enough amounts to actually do some good!
