Since menopause at age 58, I weighed 135 lb. I quit smoking 2-1/2 years ago and gained 15 lb. Lost that 15 lb. but then was diagnosed with emphysema 6 months after I quit smoking. It is a great supplement to help regulate my heartbeat and make my blood pressure better but it has an aweful taste and texture if you get the liquid form and if you take the pill form you can barely stomach to swallow it because they are so big.

This is my second time on seasonique. The first time I tried it I had heavy bleeding for 20 -25 days. That included me passing huge horrible clots. My doctor told me to get off once I told her. I was off for a year and the clotting continued. I just recently go back on the end of April. I was fine the 1st two weeks no spotting no bleeding. I started bleeding 5/8/11 and am still having heavy bleeding (passing huge clots) 5/23/11. Not sure what is problem. But going to see doc in June 2011.

Even though i have experienced lots of side effects i could not have continued in the amount of pain i was in before taking them .Im also taking Tramadol and Naproxen which all have some of the same side effects. However, i can function day to day as i have got used to some of the side effects
