This drug makes me sleepy, drowsy and tired, right after I take it. And I usually take it after breakfast. I was taking one tablet before, and I went to the doctor to told him about the side effects of the drug. He advised me to rest for about 10-15 minutes after breakfast. GREAT drug for Attention Deficit. I'd have LAZER TIGHT focus while on this drug (and felt like I could work f or days and my confidence was well boosted....only problem is that I've grown a tolerance to this drug over time and it's effectiveness has diminished.

I take Oatstraw and milky tops as a strong infusion ( 1 cup dried herb per liter boiling water, infused for 4 hours) I will drink the liter of infusion throughout the day. i switched to ZenChent and ever since then, my period is darker/brown and i often get clumps of blood that come out. my period is always on time, though and lasts as long as it always did before. but does anyone else have this problem?
