im 50 and been a musician and janitor all life . 2 years ago once in a while right arm problems . the last month very bad, i can not extend arm out over acoustic guitar without extreme pain in arm between shoulder and elbow . reaching behind in car or to get wallet to painfull to use right arm anymore so i use left . vacume left only . try to do most things lefty now . at night tough to sleep through . if flat, weight of arm makes shoulder ache . cant sleep on right side = bad arm . left some... Once you are on it, you can reduce the dosage. But it is difficult to come completely off it, however I was successful coming off it for a couple of years. It is hard to wean yourself off of paxil. It really helps with panic.

I just recently developed seasonal allergies, so I've been taking this for a few months. I like it more than other meds, such as Benadryl, because it doesn't make you drowsy; you can actually take it at work.
