My original dosing was only once a day, but around mid-afternoon I felt horrible and my symptoms were worse than ever. My psychiatrist switched me to one in the early morning and one in afternoon and, ever since, the change has been ridiculous. I have been taking this medication for a few years now and I think all of my high blood presssure and water pills and potasium medication all work together. So far I have seen good results and have not had any side effects to any of these medications. I am very happy with where all my levels are at this point.
