Allegra made my heart race, so I asked my doctor to be switched to something with fewer side effects. I then I took Xyzal for about 7 months, while it did reduce my allergies the side effects were devastating. I gained weight. I was tired all the time. My heart rate went up. My joint's ached. My doctor started checking me for thyroid conditions, I had an EKG that showed nothing. I now suspect it was the Xyzal. Since starting Trivora I've become extremely depressed and moody. I've always been a little insecure, but the medicine seems to magnify it exponentially. My mood jumps from one extreme to the next. I sometimes feel like I'm on the verge of total insanity and even have suicidal thoughts at times.

I have really bad cramps and when I take midol compared to pain reliever or pamprin It helps to the max level needed to be able to move about my day. During my period if I didn't have midol I would not be able to function for the first couple of days.
