I have been on Simcor @1000mg/20mg for 1 year and my test results in the lab are meeting mine and Dr.'s goals set but I emphasize lab reports. I am curious if anyone has had any physical effects such as tingling and numbness of the fingers especially at nightime. I also have a servere pain in the "funny bone" area. Yesterday I left school with a really bad sore throat, later that night I started to get a stuffy nose. I took NyQuil then went to bed and woke up with a very stuffed nose, nauseous, and a horrible headache. I took DayQuil and my nose cleared up quickly and the headache was starting to go away. However, my face broke out in a rash that was not itchy or bumpy. It was only on my face too. I recommend DayQuil though because it did help me breathe better and made me feel much better.

went to an Ayurvedic practitioner for help with constant headaches and occasional migraines. She classified me with excess pitta and suggested I start Bhumyamalaki nightly as well as a few other things.
