Hi Aunt Fifi -- Can't help you on these capsules, but my friend who has type 2 diabetes went on a raw diet after watching Raw for 30 Days, about regular people who tried a 100% raw diet to beat diabetes, with huge success. I thought I was dying. I have an appointment with a nuerologist becase my doctor couldn't figure out what was wrong with me. It got so bad that I couldn't hold a cup or write because I had such bad tremors. Anxiety disrupted my life completely. First day I have gone with out it and the first day I have not had tremors....
