I started taking mircette and then I switched to generic because it was pretty expensive for a birth control each month. After I switched I lost 10lbs, but I had cramps and a heavier period, so I switched back to regular mircette. It has been 2 months now and I have gained back the 10lbs and I'm always hungry even on my ADHD medicine. Have been on Carbimazole for just over six months.It was slowly reduced from 40mgs daily to 20mgs after two months. Then after five months found to be over medicated reduced to 10mgs. The symptoms i had whilst being over medicated were extreme exhaustion, dizziness and insomnia to mention a few.I also have severe hot flushes that come every two hour at night . Even though i have experienced lots of side effects i could not have continued in the amount of pain i was in before taking them .Im also taking Tramadol and Naproxen which all have some of the same side effects. However, i can function day to day as i have got used to some of the side effects
