I have been taking Buspar (Burspirone) (5mg) for 6 weeks. I take 1-1/2 tablets (7mg) twice a day. I immediately noticed a warm feeling when I first started but after a month or so I didn't notice it as much. I have PTSD and anxiety has been a real problem for many years. I have been using nuvaring over 4 months now. Have experienced no problems. I feel that a lot of complaints from other users is from incorrect use and from unhealthy individuals trying to use a hormonal method. I think that if you are healthy (not overweight, excercise regularly, etc.) before use than you will have less side effects. Furosemide and torsemide both cause me to have horrible burning foot pain and terrible pain in my ankles knees and joints. I have to take diuretics due to CHF if i stop taking it the foot pain gradually goes away but then i need the diuretic again - I can barely walk its truly excrutiating! Its ruining my life!
