Strong raspberry leaf infusions are the ONLY thing that has ever relieved my menstrual cramps and accompanying symptoms, such as nausea and diarrhea. Pharmaceuticals have never helped my cramps. I also use raspberry leaves and berries infused in apple cider vinegar during my menstrual cycle as the vinegar extracts a great deal of nutrients in the leaves (calcium, magnesium etc) that help with cramps and pms, as well as the high iron in the berries. I have an injection once every 6 months I have no side effects ,I lift weights and work out 4 x a week and do a lot of juicing in my diet I have stage iv prostate cancer metastases to bone,I feel pretty healthy all things considered its been three years

My Doctor switched me over the Junel from Loestrin last month. I have been on an emotional rollercoaster, sometimes I'm confused and have no control over my thoughts. I'm relieved that I am not the only one. At times I feel like I'm not really here. I have been off of Junel for about a week and am noticing positive differences in my mood. Some days I feel better, other days I feel worse. I'm just waiting for the pill to completely be out of my system so I can be myself again.
