This is my second round of Isotretinoin. The first time the results lasted for about 3 1/2 years before I started having bouts of cystic acne again (definitely related to stress). The first time I was on it I had a lot of joint and muscle pain but I have not experienced that this time around. I'm no longer taking Lipitor, thank God. After a year of testing and doctor visits it was discovered that I was having side effects from Lipitor. I had been complaining of muscle ache and weakness, shortness of breath, fatigue, blurry vision and tremors for a year, but no one would listen. It took a pulmonary hypertension doctor to take a test that revealed the results. It's been 3 years now since I stopped Lipitor. I take 1000 mg of CoQ10 and 1500 mg of L-Carnatine. I have had a great experience with Femcon because it controls my endometriosis and regulates my period. I have had a bad experience with other birth controls. I was a lunatic on Loestrin so I was relieved when I found Fem con.

Seems like good stuff- very mild and more effective then Saw Palmetto and other herbal options. Not sure about long term effects. I don't have prostate cancer or enlargement, but makes sense to use this as a prophylactic for 90 days just to be sure. Seems to work on both subtile and grosser levels.
