I have been on cymbolta for years. I am tired of gaining weight and not being able to get rid of it. Since I have been taking Synthyroid 0.25mcg, I have started spotting between periods. It did not start until I start taking the medication. I do have more energy and I feel my muscles being sore like my metabolism is increasing but the spotting is bothering me. Xanax worked both as anti-anxiety medication and for insomnia. Small doses taken before bed seemed to help me fall asleep and stay asleep for about 8 hours, however upon waking up, and falling asleep, I found that memory and overall energy were both affected in a somewhat negative way.
