Started out with 50mg 2x daily for a week, with no improvement. 2nd week took 75mg 2x daily with some good improvement in numbness/tingling. Third wee took 100mg 2xdaily and was so dizzy, could not walk in straight line. Had to hold on to the wall to walk. Only took 3 doses and had to stop. Went back to 50mg till I can get off it. Ataivan works better but does cause some drowziness.

Started out great on this, but after the first year side effects have worsened. I can barely stay awak and feel like a walking zombie during active days. I am usually easy going, but have become very moody on this. I am switching as soon as my dr. gives the go ahead.

This just doesn't work. I keep it just as a rescue inhaler because I'm seriously asthmatic and take Advair Diskus religiously. When that fails me (occasionally) I've always used albuterol, but now they took my old standby away I'm stuck with this. Frankly, having a cup of coffee works a whole lot better. I marked that it had made my stress level go up because yeah, it's kind of stressful when you CAN'T BREATHE and your rescue inhaler doesn't rescue you.

THe Aloe was mixed with ginger, getting nutrients and cleansing basically detox. It tasted really bad n side effects.. got me pretty nauseous for a week afterwards! Didnt like anything bout it

I have been taking Spiriva for many years. I have COPD even though I have never smoked. It worked well for me until recently....I am now 71....I have had many side effects, including urinary tract infections, severe constipation, depression, blurred vision, dry mouth. I have no other choice but stop taking this drug. I believe these side effects happen after taking for several years. I thought I was dying. I have an appointment with a nuerologist becase my doctor couldn't figure out what was wrong with me. It got so bad that I couldn't hold a cup or write because I had such bad tremors. Anxiety disrupted my life completely. First day I have gone with out it and the first day I have not had tremors....
