I am very satisfied with Concerta. I have ADD and have tried many different medications with varying success. I have had very few side effects with this drug and it works well with my managment routine. I take the it early enough so I don't have issues with insomnia and I make it a point to eat throughout the day. Even at the highest recommended dose, it doesn't work a full 24 hours. It does cause extreme drowsiness about 30 minutes to an hour after taking, so I take mine at bedtime. It is also quite expensive if you don't have insurance.
