I love Aleve! It takes ALL of my pains away. When I have knee pain or ankle pain, I take Aleve right away. It works very fast and I use it everytime I feel any pains.

I started Loestrin 24 in May of 2010. In July I started having lower abdominal pain followed by upper right abdominal pain. After doing some research I found others had experienced gallbladder spasms. My doctor indicated that I was experiencing gallbladder spasms. I am very healthy and ended up having my appendix removed with no indication of infection b/c of the pain. Since discontinuing my medication three days ago, the symptoms are still there but have improved immensely.

To everyone on NSAIDs...please be careful! My brother was prescribed naproxin (which is just prescription strength Aleve) for shoulder pain. The Dr kept refilling the prescription for 9 months which resulted in kidney damage. Over-the-counter anti-inflammatory drugs like Advil, Motrin, Aleve can be dangerous if taken improperly or long term. They aren't "safe" just because you can buy them without a prescription. Please don't start Agomelatine with these side-effects in your mind. Wait and see what it does for you. everybody reacts different and it could be the right one for you! I think, if you you have psychosomatic problems that you can definetely "talk" yourself also into not having a benefit from A., because you read a lot of stuff you didn't like to hear and now you fear you might react the same. Worst drug I've ever been on. Doctor won't change it and I'm always sick as a dog. I wouldn't recommend this drug to my worst enemy. No one should have to feel like this all the time. I'd rather just deal with the diabetes than have to be nauseated all the time.
