I initially started taking Clonazepam recreationally and realized that I needed to move toward actually obtaining this as a normal regiment. I am highly ADHD and have a mood disorder. I was on 125 mg and reduced down to 100 mg over about 4 weeks (yes very slowly) and my jerky limbs side effects have gotten worse. I also find my sleeping patterns are all over the place. But I feel so much better than before that I don't want to stop taking them.

i'm almost 75. i take two pills before i play basketball to mask the pain. this works and helps me feel better. i never take any other medications, besides melatonin, which helps me sleep at night.
