My original dosing was only once a day, but around mid-afternoon I felt horrible and my symptoms were worse than ever. How long will Gardasil's effects last for HPV? Does anyone know. How long before you need another vaccine or booster shot? There seems to be conflicting views on the FDA disclosures and very little out there about side effects.
