Mononessa has served me well the past two years. I switched from Tri-nessa (generic ortho tri cyclin), which seems to have been a good choice. I would recommend this to others, because it works fine and it is less expensive than other birth control pills.

I had many of the side effects listed for Advair. They started slowly until the 26 day I developed a painful red swollen tonsil...I couldn't swallow without pain. My voice was hoarse, I had feverish chills, parts of my body became numb and I was tired all the time. I started getting frequent outbreaks of herpes/shingles on my sacrum which continued weeks after use. So far, it's been a pretty effective acne medication gel. I use it as needed-whenever I get pimples. It helps dry up acne spots and clears the skin pretty quickly. Only con is that it drys out the skin , so I have to make sure to use moisturizer.
