I think it works but I also can't belive that it does not cause a die off reaction. Even if the toxins aren't released when the yeast die your immune system still has to clean up all the dead yeast bodies. This can cause fatigue and other die-off symptoms. I think it is false advertising that they claim there are no die off symptoms. It helped me eat better and I excercise more and feel a lot healthier by taking this medication. I am very satisfied with the performance of this medication and would recommend this to others. I was on Lipitor before and was not very satisfied with it so I have seem a large improvement with this medication.
