I got poison ivy and used cortaid to alleviate the itch. It made it go away pretty fast and I was satisfied overall with it. In some of the open blisters it really burned.

Hi Kumar, There are some great ayurvedic (indian medicine) herbs for blood pressure that DON'T have side effects. Amla is a good one to start with, but tripaila is good too. You might want to check with any ayurvedic doctor. There should be some in Singapore, check the auyervedic section of this site. Tylenol is a good go-to pain and headache reducer. It's always in my medicine cabinet as a backup for when I don't feel my best. For the most part, it works well. Sometimes though, I just feel a little weak and need to lie down for a bit.
