The longer you take wheat grass the better you feel because it is cumulative. You don't notice the changes immediately. It is when you stop taking it that you realize it was working really well. I experienced a allergic reaction after 40 minuets of taking my first dose. A itchy rash on my hands and lower arm. The reaction excelled to severe abdominal cramping and bloating. Took an allergy pill to control reaction. I am now back on progesterone suppositories.

I have been very satisfied with Levoxyl. I am not depressed anymore and I have more energy. However, lately I have had chills and goose pimples especially on my right side and arm. Some times in the evening after a long day's work I also get pain between my shoulder blades and needs to sit down. It may be something else?
