I would get off of these drugs and go for acupuncture and herbal treatments. It's not worth the side effects. When I took lisinopril for 3 months, I felt like I had the flu the entire time. My BP was only high at the PCP's office because they always managed to tick me off before I got in to see the Dr, then had to wait an hour or more. I am possibly taking agomelatine. I have been on a study for about a month now (there is 1/4 chance I am receiving a placebo.) It might not be related at all but since I am taking this medication, I often wake up in the morning and my penis hurt. As if the blood pressure was too high. Not too sure what to do. It usually dont last more than an hour and I never have this problem during the day, its always early morning and it actually wakes me up because it is so painful.
