I have begun drinking pomegranate juice (not from concentrate) every morning and I haven't seen any changes although I've been drinking it consistently. The benefits of pomegranates could be long-term rather than short-term so I will continue my pomegranate drinking-regimen.

The medication has really helped clear up my roscea but at the expense of my digestive system. I already had IBS with diahhrea and recently had gallbladder surgery so when the diahhrea become worse I blamed it on the surgery but was confused because I didn't notice it to be any worse directly after surgery. It finally hit me that I had resumed Doxycycline Hyclate a few weeks after surgery and after looking up side affects, I now believe the worsing symptoms could very well be the medication.... Initially after starting Claravis, I broke out with large cysts that had to be injected and drained by the Derm Dr. After over two months of treatment, I am still breaking out with milder acne, but my skin is terrible red, fragile, peeling, scaling, and in general, looks TERRIBLE. In some ways it is better, but in other ways, it is so much worse. I feel stiff, sore, and generally uncomfortable.

I have been taking Zyflamend for prostate problems when they occur. if I take 2 capsules 2x per day the problems usually clear up with in a weak. If i don't take it, the problems go on without relief.
