I have been tacking Simcor for almost 3 months. In the beginning I had flushing and itching that was severe enough to bother me at night. That side effect has almost gone by now. However, I use to have my resting pulse around 52-54 beats per minute, just recently I've noticed that my resting pulse was elevated to around 68 - 74 beats per minute. The doctor told me take aspirin once a day to help thin my blood. So besides the fact that it relieves headaches and pain, I have no side effects from this medication, and I dont know how effective it is because it thins my blood so I dont know much effect it has done.
