Lolav, I find that for sleep the alternative therapies work better and with less side effects then the pharmaceutical approach. I suggest you check with a health food store to see what they recommend. Valerian is good and so is just plain old hot milk before bed. There are stronger Ayurvedic or Chinese herbs that you can Google- some are common and some you have to go to India for. I works just as tylenol works but a little more specific for cramps. Its works great I just didn't like all the bloating and the feeling that I wanted to throw up. Other than that it was okay.

I took lysteda three years, symthoms got way worse, lost hair, miserable, went to new doctor, needed surgery, for large fibroid and polyp, took one hour , and never bled again, should of did this a long time ago, three months and feel great, get second apinion, or third, I did, wish I did not waist so much time, was not worth it, I was on sofa one week a month for over three years, even on the lysteda, get help.
