I found ibuprofen to be oustanding for relieving inflamation & pain. Unfortunately, it made my heart race and/or beat irregularly, so I had to stop using it.

I was diagnosed with degenerative facet changes, L-4, L-5. I had been on constant ADVIL for 1 month which does relieve the pain significantly. I was told about Zyflamend and that it was an "herbal supplement" with anti-inflammatory results. Since I wanted to get off the ADVIL, I tried Zyflamend. Now I use it for absolutely all my scrapes, blisters, etc. It works great, it doesn't make a mess, and you can put a band-aid over it without worrying that it will fall off...

When I first started this pill, I hated it. I was bleeding constantly and I had cramps and headaches. However, after about two months of use, I have short, light periods and little pms related symptoms. The ketozole tablets did not help my fungal infection. I also use the ketozole gel in the shower, to shampoo my skin with and I must say that the ketozole is said to be stronger however works the same pace as Selsum blue (both showing no results)
