Nexium has been the only medicine to help with my GERDS. My reflux was so bad it acid bubbled into my nose and I could not breathe; regardless of when I ate! I am in your age range and I just started taking it today. The doc started me on 30mg. what was your starting dose and having there been any changes in dosages? Also, have you experienced and lack of libido?
