For my hypertension, the doctor prescribed me hydrochlorothiazide, 1 tablet per day. But since this medication was making me feel extremely tired, he reduced the dose to 1/2 a tablet per day. I feel better, until now. Nevertheless, this medication presents some serious side effects, such as rheumatism and gout, and every 6 months I have to go to the hospital

See my mother's Alz experience above. She got into trouble with only 3/4 of a .5 mg tab a day. When I insisted Mom be sedated for invasive procedures at a hospital ER room, they figured they'd give her a full day's allowed dose at once, so that would be 1.5 mg. That put her in LaLa land allright. I was grateful they used it on this occasion. Overuse of this drug could have stopped her breathing. 22 mg in one day. Good grief. Cymbalta certainly does the job. Have had very little side effects from it at all. I am taking it to control my panic attacks. I did go through a period where my doctors office switched doctors and I couldn't get my perscription refilled for almost 5 days until they got it together. I was fine the first two days but the third through fifth day I was having dizzy spells and anxiety attacks from not taking it. I rely on advil whenever I have a headache and when I am out of midol during my PMS, I take advil because it seems almost instant for the pain to go away

When I had really bad ear pain this medication always works for me, I always recommend this. Once I put this medication on my ear it just makes the pain go away real fast and I love it, it usually helps when there is water trapped in the ear it just lets it all out.
