I find it is extremely slow in taking effect and eventually the result aren't as good as they once were requiring 2 tablets instead of one wich i try to avoid.

Since stopping the medication Ive had horrendous side effects which have meant I've spent the last 3 days in bed and I'm still no better. I'm wondering how long these side effects will last. I stopped meds on Monday and have woken up I'll again today. I have sever hot and cold sweats, headache, muscle ache, nausea, general feeling of being unwell like I'm coming down with flu. Will I feel like this for much longer? It's debilitating.

I like the taste of banslochan a lot. I like it because it tastes like a chalk which one tends to have when he/she is suffering from a deficiency of Calcium in his/her body.I am not very sure of ILL effects of consuming Banslochan for a long time. Kindly, guide guide me if, i should stop having it as its being almost 8 years i am regularly consuming it.Suggest if it is anyways harmful to me in near future.

for the first couple of days it felt really harsh on my skin then i think i got used to it, my doctor had informed me not to be in the sunlight and this terrified me, as he mentioned this would make me feel itchy or burn if i stayed in the sun. My Acne is mild and i was at first scared to take anything with PEROXIDE in it, but after the first try, it did leave me abit dry and my skin began to peel off soi stopped immediately.
