Since menopause at age 58, I weighed 135 lb. I quit smoking 2-1/2 years ago and gained 15 lb. Lost that 15 lb. but then was diagnosed with emphysema 6 months after I quit smoking. Beginning in August, I started taking Super B-complex supplement which also contained Vitamin C and by october I stopped bleeding. The vitamin B helped the liver to absorb the excess estrogen in my body. I was bleeding for five months straight with pieces as large as chicken livers until trying this supplement,. I am now 51 and I have not had a period in seven months. I have no estrogen surges, no fiborcystic breasts, I feel good and just have some night sweats.
