I started taking Seasonique on Nov. 15th. For about the first week or two I felt fine. I noticed that about 2 1/2 weeks later that I hade no moisture whatsoever in my vaginal area and I believe I have pretty much lost any interest in having sex at this point. Ive been on Lybrel for around 7 months and its been good. In the beginning I had no spotting but instead i had HUGE mood swings, I would get extremely mad about nothing. After a while the mood swings stopped and a few weeks later I started spotting which didn't stop for about 6-7 weeks. It was extremely light so it didn't really feel like i was spotting. Once I started on the Lexapro my suicidal thoughts and feelings of hopelessness were no longer an issue. I loved being able to sleep at nights again. I have had great results with hardly any side effects. The cost is very expensive so I tried other meds hoping to get the same results but other meds were not as successful; prozac did nothing for me...still weepy and depressed. I have minimal side effects, if any. I do wish that it was an oral medication. It is supposed to last 24 hours, but it lasts more like 20 hours.

This is the worst medicine I've ever taken. I was in more pain than before after taking the medicine, and maybe got 3 hours sleep and an entire day of not being able to move due to intense abdominal pain. I decided to stop taking the medicine after 3 days.
