Adderall may not be considered one of the best drugs for the typical person, but it has many benefits. I will warn people about the mood swings though, you will find yourself irritated and aggressive when coming down from the medicine. I'm able to focus more, and sleep less. (I had a minor case of Narcolepsy, I would sleep about 14 hours a day, and wasn't completing any school work)

I drink green tea more of measures of personal preference rather than for health reasons. But I haven't seen any benefits as a result of drinking green tea alone.

I went from a healthy weight of 140 (normal for my size) to 180 in less than 2 months. It came from nowhere, no changes in diet were made to have effected the weight gain. I was exercising a couple times a week, I have gained and lost weight throughout my life, but never in a quick amount of time. Pepcid is great, seriously, it is. One of the best pills I've had for acid reflux and digestive problems in ages. I've had a serious condition with this for a while and no other pill helped me more than pepcid. Thanks!!
