I've consumed pomegranates not so much as for prescribed health reasons, but for a healthy diet. Although I have not seen any negative side effects as a result of consuming pomegranates, I have not seen any benefits either.

I take this for headaches, or menstrual cramps, suggested dose 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours. Not always relieves the pain. But i feel normal when i take it.

Many people don't realize this, but Acetaminophen is a good fever reducer. Taken at the same dose as you would for pain relief, it can help reduce mild fevers. I used tylenol when I had the flu and it helped with the aches and pains as well as keeping my temperature under control.

I switched to Caduet to combine High Blood Pressure and Cholesterol medications I was taking. I didn't notice any side effects and it seems to have worked well treating both issues.

I had a very hard time when I first started the Cipralex, You name the side effect I had it, nausea, lack of appetite, problems with sleeping, crazy vivid dreams, dizzy, couldnt concentrate, anxiety (which i never had before). Those got better after about 2-3 wks of being on it. I was having the problem of tiredness so my doctor increased my dose so I take a half tab before bed. Cymbalta has altered my WHOLE life. I feel like I am in CYMBALTA PRISION with no way out. I had been on Cymbalta for almost 4 weeks and I am OFF Cymblta for 4 HELLISH weeks tomorrow (9/16/08) . This drug had got to be watched. I took this drug for nerve pain and ended up LODSING MY JOB
