My doctor, after drawing and evaluating my blood, suggested that I take an iron supplement. The supplement was an over the counter one, having 150% of the daily value of iron needed in a healthy diet. Since I hardly need meat, she suggested that I buy something with a percentage that high. I have always suffered from mild panic attacks and anxiety since my parents divorced as a child. For a long time, I thought it was just a flaw when my doctor explained to me some people just need help relaxing their nerves when it comes to stress and anxiety. I started taking xanax shortly after my daughter was born 2 1/2 years ago and have had amazing results. This drug was supposed to raise my Hdl, I took it only 3 or 4 times as it really caused my blood sugar to spike. If you are diabetic I would not recommend this

I have seasonal allergies that triggers my asthma. In order to control the allergies my doctor recommended Claritin. One day after taking a dose I was fine and it definately cures symptoms. The second day I took another dose the same time on an empty stomach and experienced crazy blurred vision in specific spots in my eyes. I got really nervous but within 20 mins it went away. At this time, I think it is the worst drug I've ever used. I've just had my blood drawn and was found to be overmedicated, which has very serious side effects. I do not feel that my doctor was very concerned and he did not even see me for this. I was seen by the lab and his nurse only for lab tests and vitals. I left the office. Results for my thyroid panel were called to me the same afternoon. I was told to not take any more Levoxyl until Monday (this is Friday) and then take a half tablet.... View full comment

YES i AM 52 YEAR OLD FEMALE BEEN ON MED FOR 6 MONTHS HAVE NUMBNSS IN THIGHS AND WHEN STANDING LONGER PERIODS. ASKED Y DOCTOR OFFICE SHOULD I STOP TAKING MED SAID IT IS NOT FROM MEDICATION KEEP TAKING . I FEEL THIS IS ASIDE AFFECTED NOT NOTED. I WILL TRY DIFFERENT MED.
