Would prefer natural medication but Dr. said Olmetec Plus is good. Ankles painful at tendons on heel and above. Urine is clear white. Kidney function down. He is watching that now. Taken this for 1 year so far and blood pressure came down right away and is good. I am watchful about side effects that Drs. don't tell or know about. This kidney stuff bothers me. It works well for me. Makes me feel better. My levels were very low and now they are stable. Since I’ve always had problems with my bones it was urgent that I took something that would help me increase my levels. The only thing I don’t like is that it tastes horrible and I have to take it iced tea or orange juice.
