It sucks! This drug did a great job helping my depression, but at a huge cost to my health. I've been suffering severe nausea, vomiting, super-sensitivity to smells and dizziness. I take gravol to stave off the nausea - but gravol makes me so tired! At the end of the day I was a prisoner in my own home because I refuse to drive if I'm dizzy & on gravol. All my life people described me as being laid-back and happy. But my first year of college I became sad and impatient and moody. I have been on Synthroid for over five years. For the last five years the dosage has varied very little mainly staying at 75 MCG’s. For the last five years the drug did its job. Hi Kumar, There are some great ayurvedic (indian medicine) herbs for blood pressure that DON'T have side effects. Amla is a good one to start with, but tripaila is good too. You might want to check with any ayurvedic doctor. There should be some in Singapore, check the auyervedic section of this site.
