My mom is 82yrs old and has alzheimers. She is in a nursing home and was given Ativan after she fell in the middle of the night. She had a bad reaction to this med in the hospital and wasn't supposed to take it. Now it is 5 days later and her memory is WAY worse. Can this have long term effects?

I have been taking quasense for over a year and love it!!!! I skip the placebo pills every 3 months and go straight to the reg pills so I do spot a little every few months, but its better than bleeding for days and having all the other symptoms that go along with a crappy period.... My only complaint is that even the generic is expensive! Walmart has sprintec (generic ortho-tricyclen) for $9 and I pay over $100 for quasense every 3 months. I used to take Claritin for allergies but it wasn't cutting it anymore. I started this nasal spray as needed last year and it is great. I don't have to worry about allergies anymore and I can take it when I'm sick to see if I just have allergies or a cold because if it was allergies it would go away in no time.

I have rosacea and had been taking oral antibiotic, minocin 50 mg 2-3X per week since 1998; I felt like I was developing a tolerance and might have to increase dosage; instead I went off the minocin, and when my face started to blossom, I took Zyflamend, one capsule per day with food and have been doing so for 3 weeks now.
