I had taken Advil on occasion in the past and was taking it this time to reduce inflammation in my badly sprained ankle. I had a reaction to it. I have osteo arthritis and bone on bone in my knees. Previously, I took Glucosamine-Chondritin/MSM or Alleve and didn't get anywhere near the good results and had to be concerned about liver damage. I would advise some users to cut back their dosage if they are getting heart palpitations. Four per day sounds waaay to high.
