I’ve been on seasonique for a year and a half and I have loved the fact that I only get my period 4 times a year. My sex drive has not changed, and I have not had any dryness that others have reported, or moodiness. I’m only insanely moody when I’m on my period, but I’ve always been like that. so far im having mixed results . my pinky and ring finger on my left hand are very very numb and its sort of disconcerting . my sex drive has not been effected which was a worry for me but while my episodes of mania followed by depression have decreased in frequency they have certainly increased in intensity . only been on affex(20mg pill once a day) for around 9 days so far though so i will be trying longer before i decide to stay on it or try something else

I was prescribed dexamethasone for severe inflammation in my tonsils when I had mononucleosis. I was unable to swallow and had difficulty breathing due to my enlarged tonsils, but the dexamethosone improved the swelling significantly very quickly. It made me very hungry, but I had also lost a lot of weight from my illness, so this side effect was not bad for me. I was given this medication once for my acne and it burned my face and i had redness and peeling on the spots in which i applied the medication, I stopped taking this medication due to these effects.
