I am in my final week of the 3 month treatment. I've decided to stretch the final week into 2 weeks - taking one dose a day, instead of two. I believe the withdrawl will be a little easier (hopefully). Chantix certainly did take away the urge to smoke, I haven't had a cigarette since October 24th. (I actually stopped the first week). I had catheter ablation and was put on dronedarone for possible atrial fibrillation. I had atr-frib and a flutter, both repaired?. I have had a runny nose to some extent, severe itching in the groin and stomach areas with other itching on my sides, back and chest. I took the pill for four months my period was irregular and it didn't help with anything except keeping me from getting pregnant. I started t have pain in my chest and found out I had blood clots in my lungs and neck. I am young healthy i don't smoke rarely ever drink watch my weight, even my doctor was surprised to find that sever of blood clots. Now i can no longer take anything with estrogen.
