Over a year ago (9/2008) I fell very badly on concrete, with my left leg bent underneath me. i wish that the manufacturer would give some indication of the length of time we can expect to experience side efects so that in stopping the medication ,we werent throwing the baby out with the bathwater.we all accept that all meds have side effects, but the severity and duration of them is difficult to assessfor someone new to the drug thanks for a very useful and informative source of information

I have awful menstrual cramps, and so, generally, when I can relieve that, I can think clearer and my emotions are more intact (hence my answer for the emotional side-effects above).

I felt the Estring was the easiest way to resolve being the 1 in 3 who develop vaginal atrophy post-menopause.
