My 23 year old daughter had her first gardasil shot in March 2009. Within 12 hours she suffered left sided weakness, resperitory distress and a severe muscle type seizure and was in the hospital. She still is suffering from severe muscle spasms, cognitive impairment and needs to take Klonopin on a daily basis. I am prescribed Vigamox when I have Conjunctivitis and it begins working right away. The redness in my eye was cleared up within a couple of hours. I recommend not putting in contacts if you are a contact wearer for at least two days when using Vigamox because you can never be completely sure that your pink eye is gone.

I was prescribed this medicine because I was having issues with constipation. I didn't like the taste that much but it helped with the problem. I saw good results after 1 glass and I really enjoyed that.

I have been on 150mg's for around 8weeks.My sleep did improve greatly,so I felt much better due to this. My depression did improve alot,and I felt able to cope.The side effects that were trouble -some were severe constipation,and very dry,sore throat & mouth mostly during the night/day. I have come off them now because my sleep /depression are starting to get sadly worse.

i have a chronic rash that I can't determine what it is being caused by and wonder if the Bitter Orange is the cause. The rash actually began before I started taking bitter orange and I've attributed the rash to 2 other things, Sucralose (splenda) and my hormones, both of which I have stopped. I realize that any medication or supplement can cause an allergic reaction, but if I were allergic to BO, wouldn't I have other symptoms, not just the rash?
