I am using it for almost 2 months - 250 mg twice daily. It definitely have some effect both on libido enhancing and erectile dis-function. But I am not sure whether it has any adverse effect on prostate with long term effect.

prozac takes so long to give relief from depression-I developed anxiety-sometimes very strong-the first 2 weeks starting this medicine-sometimes get indigestion easily

My doc and I are still trying to work out the right dose to combat the sleepiness that my antidepressants cause (I've tried many - all make me sleepy). On 75mg, I can get through the day but am exhausted at night when it wears off. On 150mg, I feel fantastic - have tons of energy, am happier, a little less hungry (which is great considering the weight gain that's happened with trying so many antidepressants), but I lay awake at night for hours. I started taking Metformin when I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I started at a lower dosage twice daily and moved up to 850mg 3 years later and I haven't really had any problems with my blood sugar since then. Metformin keeps my blood sugar very stable and I am very happy with it.

My migraines usually last 24-36 hours. Naratriptan wears off after about 12-18 hours, so I often have to take another dose. The information sheet does not discuss this possibility, only what to do if ineffective. Some of apparent side effects are/may be a symptom of the migraine itself, i.e. dizziness, drowsiness, headache, eye pressure, concentration problems.

I am only taking this once per day instead of twice as that seems to be enough although I need to check with my doctor about doing that. Sometimes I take it twice when I know I will be visiting someone with cats
