I did feel better in the beginning. There is a noticeable energy lift and feeling of well being. But unfortunatly there is also intense emotions and difficulty breathing, expecially in bed. I don't like the feeling of slight suffocation. It causes me anxiety. For that reason I am seeing my doctor and electing to take the shot instead. Even when I took Zyrtec everyday, it did not have much effect. My allergies were just as bad as if I did not take the pill, so I stopped taking it.

my legs swelled and went heavy.
