I have been taking this medicine for 2 years, for migraines, and I am now starting to really see problems. I have gotten to the point now that I am lossing my short term memory, even important events! Which makes me terribly afraid. Urinating is difficult as well. I am also very irritable. Another thing is blurred vision. I am seeing my doctor this afternoon to discuss other options.

i enjoyed the effects of ritalin, however the effects of the drug started very quickly and ended abruptly. i had a lot of mood swings during this time as well and no appetite. i also gained weight while on this medication as when i took it i had no appetite, and when i was off of the medication I overcompensated.

I took one Zylfamend PM (only half the recommended dosage). I felt better the next day in terms of noticeably less body aches and less fatigue. I knew beforehand that ginger and turmeric are very "heating" herbs and will throw my ying/yang off balance. As expected, I had dry mouth for two nights (need to keep waking up to drink water or suck a lozenge in my mouth all night), and pimples popped out. I have only been recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia and this is the first treatment we have tried. The pains in my knees as well as my arms as decreased significantly and most days, do not hurt at all. However, my lower back still seems to be an issue. I have trouble sleeping because i wake up in the middle of the night in almost a lock position and can not move, due to such extreme pain.
