study aid and recreationally and it sucks for me! It worked well, VERY smooth high and alertness, no rush(bc extended release), worked too much actually, woke up like 3 times during the night. It made my heart hurt for a bit too, not cool.

I was on the NuvaRing for 4 years and I loved it. Little to no cramps, 2-3 day light periods. Everything was great. Suddenly I started getting yeast infections. The first one was the last week before my period. It went away when I had my period, but came back three days after I put in a new ring. And lasted for 2 weeks. I began drinking green tea straight and in other forms when I realized the benefits of the Asian tea. I have not seen any significant changes but I do notice that after drinking green tea that I experience bursts of energy and higher mood levels.
