I take depakote ER everyday. It takes the edge of the pain, but dosen't keep it away. Tried to quit, but the side effects are terrible( fatigue,nausea, dizziness,extreme headaches).

First it almost destroyed my liver. Then it attacked my arm and leg muscles and after 3 years they have not fully recovered. I have a neighbor and x brother in law that were on it and both got diabeties and that can be caused from it also. This stuff is pure poison as I ask many while out shopping if they are on it or a family member and about 1/2 say yes or they know someone that takes it and many suffer damage from it. One can take Guggulipid and it works, is natural and has no side effects... View full comment

I've been on Dilantin for about 15 years now. I don't like the side effects at all, especially the memory problems, since they seem to get worse. Sometimes I forget a word in the middle of my sentence, I then getflustered and forget my entire thought. I'm also constantly tired and even though I am only 44 years old, I sometimes feel like my 81 year old mother. nardil has been good for depression, and great for social anxiety. I thought the major side effects were over with at six monthes, but the fatigue and sexual side effects have recently returned. I have been on 45mg of Nardil for about 21/2 years.
