Completely loved the convienience of the NuvaRing, seemed that every month the side effects got progressively worse, started out with a headache that lasted a week, then each month I would get a headache the day I would put a new ring in, eventually I ended up with severe diarrhea that I couldnt even eat and left me with horrible abdominal cramping. I am an Afican American women. Well over 300 pounds.the dr. always want to give me pain pills for my knee pain. In which nothing seems to work. i have tried glucosimine, but nothing, i still have pain. i went to the health food store and the cashier recommended zyflamend. he customers have told him after 2 weeks they feel better.It took me a little, but I am truly satisfied!!!!!

Tylenol has helped me with various pains, aches, and headaches. More recently I have grown quite fond of tylenol pm. When i have a cold it helps me sleep through the night and helps alleviate all of my cold symptoms especially runny and conjested noses.
